CLYDE MEWS

2012-2015 I was the developer for Clyde Mews, a multi-unit development in Thornbury. This was in collaboration with leading architect group 6 Degrees. My aim was to create an alternative housing model for medium-density housing, with a focus on sustainability and building a community within the estate. Prior to actual construction, all plans, permits and design IP was passed on to Excelon Group to complete the project.
